Sweet N Spicy Grilled Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders

3 tablespoons brown sugar

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

2 teaspoon granulated garlic (or powder)

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

In a small bowl combine brown sugar, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, granulated garlic, oregano, salt, and red pepper mix.

In a bowl or large ziplock bag add your chicken and sprinkle the seasoning mixture and toss until well coated.

Let set 4 hours or overnight for the best flavor.

Grill chicken covered over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side. Or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees and juices run clear.

Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Everyone liked this, Campbell really liked it, Hudson was OK with it.
1 1/2 lbs was just right for the 4 of us.

This was a thigh recipe but I changed it up for breasts or tenderloins.
